MCG

The  MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) is the biggest and main cricket ground in Australia, with a seating of capacity of 100,000. However, its record seating number is 121,696 people at the grand final of Carlton v Collingwood In 1970. The Olympic and commonwealth games have been held there. The ground is the home of AFL as well, being the home ground of Hawthorn, Richmond, Collingwood and Melbourne. The AFL Grand Final is played there annually. Sports Played there are: AFL, Cricket, Rugby Leage, Rugby Union and Soccer.

 EUREKA SKYDECK 88

Eureka Skydeck 88 is located in Eureka Tower, the 77th tallest building, located in Melbourne. Eureka Tower is the tallest residential building in the world. Skydeck is located on the 88th floor, giving excellent views of Melbourne. The 'Edge' is a glass cube which projects 3 meters out of the building. Once fully out off the building, the cube is fully transparent. 

Specifications are: 556 apartments, 13 lifts travelling up to 9m/sec, 52,000 sq m of windows, 3680 stairs 110,000 tonnes of concrete, 5000 tonnes of reinforced steel and a weight of 200,000 tonnes. The top floor is 292.3 metres and the observatory is 282 metres.

 The Werribee Open Range Zoo

The Werribee Open Range Zoo, opened in 1983, is a 255 ha open range zoo 32 km southwest of Melbourne. The zoo features a 45 min tour on a safari bus on different African habitats. The some animals are giraffes, hippos, zebras, rhinos, cheetahs, lions, water buck, camels and oryx. The zoo also features an interactive African village, which informs users on different animals and their habitats. There are two walking trails available, of which one concentrates on African animals and one concentrates on Australian Animals.
